6th Annual Fiesta Night and Auction

Mark your calendars for our 6th Annual Fiesta Night and Auction to be held at Oregon Zoo on Saturday, April 2nd at 6:00 pm. The first 50 people to purchase tickets will be entered into a drawing for prizes! Consider inviting friends and family as well. Buy tickets HERE:

You’ve all heard about how important fundraising is to the continued growth and success of our wonderful school, and how we each must share in that effort to successfully reach our goals. The good news is that you can buy tickets at the early bird price now through February 15, 2016 to our biggest fundraiser of the year. This is your only opportunity of the school year to support Arco Iris while also enjoying drinks, dinner, and a night of camaraderie with other Arco Iris fellow parents, teachers, staff and supporters at a party that is not to be missed!

You can also go home with some fantastic auction packages at amazing prices. This is your chance to have your child attend one of the many fun teacher-led activities, get in on parties with other parents, and bid against your friends to score one of our beautiful student art pieces. Are you ready to join the fun? Buy your tickets early!

We could use your help with this fantastic event too. Get your 20 hours/year of volunteer service in by helping out. We’ll need volunteers in January/February for short projects. You can also sign up to help the day of the event. Please contact our auction team for more details.

Are you headed to SunRiver, Lincoln City or another Oregon Coast location for the holidays? If so, please ask restaurants or entertainment places for a donation to support our school (say this: “I’d like to ask about a possible charitable donation” It’s easy!). We have overnight packages to these locations and will use any extra donations to round out our packages. Please contact our auction team for a copy of our standard request letter. Thanks!
