Arco Iris – Summer Reading 2011

To help keep our kids reading and learning over the summer, we have put together our first annual Arco Iris Summer Reading program! This year we have created a bingo chart with each square representing a different reading challenge.

With so many summer reading programs out there, we even have a square just for participating in your local library or bookstore reading program. Why not get double credit for reading the same book?  We think that’s a grand idea.

You can click 2011 Summer Reading BINGO Challenge to download the Summer Reading sheet and reading log. Have your child complete it over the summer and bring it to school no later than Friday, September 9th. There will be prizes for those who participate and a drawing for those who complete 2 or more Bingo rows!

Happy reading!
