Passport to your Forest

Today we had staff from Mount Hood National Forest visit our school. The Interpretation and Conservation Education Program presented our kids with a variety of lessons related to forest conservation called – Passport to Your Forest. The “Passport” is a mobile conservation education trailer focusing on four main subject areas: Botany, Hydrology/Fisheries, Wildlife, and Geology.

The students really enjoyed themselves! As always, they were very interested and eager to participate and learn.

Here are a few snapshots from this morning.
